Tributes Sent In

Webmaster Note:

Do to the high volume of posted comments attacking the system and not truly memorial acknowledgements, the guest book had become a platform for advocacy and no longer a tribute to Philip E. Parker Jr.'s short stay on this earth.

With much sadness, as webmaster I have to close this section to new postings for public viewing and encourage your notes of support be emailed to the parents link as this site was intended to do.

Soon this will be the site of the Justice for Phil Foundation. A 501 C 3 nonprofit organization being formed in Phil's honor, dedicated to Juvenile Services and Corrections reform.
